A BIT MORE WAS…


I watch the sky lighten
and know another night
is swiftly passing.

Odd are the early day comparisons
the mind makes between the changing
from light to dark and dark to light

and

the revolutions of compassion
the evolutions of empathy
the changing resolutions of humanity.

    a revolution of compassion might be just what we need....another change in resolution...one toward each other....and a promise of returning as the sun to light the way

      I think what you're saying Brian is that the majority of us need to get on the same page, the one that defines love pehaps.

    For the first month of the summer I got up early every day. then I began to shift into summer mode, staying up late at night. I'm still getting up relatively early but then having to have a nap later. In other words I'm not seeing the sky lighten these days.

      Charles if i had a job that needed a clock or calendar again I know i would be lost for years trying to acclimate.

    We need compassion, love and empathy for sure. Those who held such ideals back in the 60's and 70's seem to mostly have moved on to greed, self-centeredness, and hatred. When will we ever learn.....
