TRAVELING THROUGH SPACES UNCLAIMED

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A LITTLE LIGHT
Feel your own being walking among the stars
The spaces beyond to the heavens yet unknown.
They exist for your pleasure, wonder, amusement,
if you cannot hear the song of those places call
then you are not silent enough to know
that all of everything is within us all.

Send your spirit soaring out to the places it belongs,
the space where the roaring silence
carries you away from the humanity of violence,
to those undiscovered places that are calling you with longing,
telling you that there is a place you’ve not seen yet
but have a space waiting for your belonging.

And when you return to this body of flesh and bone now still here
know it is only temporarily your home, yet not the best part of it.
Open your heart and think of nothing here to be too dear
but see all of the weightless beauty held deeply within your spirit.

  1. Ah yes, lovely. A reminder to create some silence each day to allow the spirit to breathe. I had to create complete silence to read this too :-)

  5. I have only rarely been silent enough to feel the spaces, but it has happened enough to remember it clearly.

    1. Ahh but Vikas you have found that silence where the spirit walks which means with effort silence can overcome the noise when you wish to hear your spirit walking with you in the master of creations presence. Oce fond it is oft forgotten but never lost.

  12. I've written so much about the peacefulness on the boat and the way that nature makes me feel--free and without a care at all. It is truly a good thing to be quiet and listen to something that says more than any human could.
