A TEAR FOR EVERYWHERE

ONE WORLD ONE FATE
This inebriate world
staggering on its path
around a servant
who has mastered it
since time began.

A parentless planet
steeped in madness
and tearing sorrow
living asleep as it dies,
stoned in its hole, hands tied

Eyes open as the rocks fly
ever looking for beauty
it once heard of in fairy tales
told to her by time in spaces
of misery and fiery sorrow

Left to a destiny at being
left alive amidst others
that were dying a still born death
as they ran away from their own sins.
That is the ongoing myth
of maturity through austerity.

    1. this track could close more than just a government office Brian. Things could get much worse very quickly if Europe which holds 20% of the American debt cashed in all of it's T bills at once taking the hit, but preserving their capital. If the Asians, primarily Japan (not China) followed cashed in their 10% the fed would immediately have to print 6.5 trillion dollars which would collapse our economy, as the government defaulted on all the money it has taken from US citizens (70% of the debt) which would then domino around the world. If they keep playing their games they could find that 1929-1939 was a pleasant Sunday afternoon.

    1. ds we have been made drunk, stoned by forces well beyond even our collective rights of citizenship. Rights stolen line by line while few people were paying attention.

The governments are getting nervous because ALL of them have to keep printing money and each bill puts them in a debatable at risk position. People are getting out of stocks and bonds and moving to savings accounts while not spending and paying down debt both of which are good for individuals bad for the economies of the world based on debt as capital and consumerism.

  6. Reminds me of other times in history ... just hope it will not come to a great finger pointing session again ... always important to remember, that if we point with one of our fingers, our 3 other fingers are pointing right back at us ...

    1. In '29 there was much pointing and those pointing and hollering the loudest were them who caused the collapse, they were disseminating misinformation. It will be the same this time, the banks will scream BUT NO ONE WAS BUYING ANYTHING ON CREDIT...when the truth will be the banks will collapse the economy to teach us all, that it's not cash but debt that is king.

    1. Seriously H the world is changing, men ar everyday being replaced by machines that need no food clothing or shelter. The economy has to break down to depresion levels again for us to find a way to provide for them who have become obsolete through mechanization.

  8. I have been wanting to escape from all the BS lately by being on the boat and staying on the island. Too much stuff going on at the national level for me to not build resentment. Don't need to concern myself with what I have no control over.

  9. "a parentless planet" - I love that idea. Maybe it explains our complete and utter lack of respect for this blue marble we call home.

  10. Jodi an inebriate is one who was made drunk not necessarily one who got drunk with no help. As for the idiot part I must be because i am sober and still here,
