WE ARE MIRRORS
Come sit by me for a moment
let me look into the pool of your eyes
that I might see what you show me
of the world we live in.
You are a reflection
of that which you surround yourself with,
is the surround changing you,
are you changing the surround?
Reflect the light of the sun
you will change the darkness,
reflect the darkness,
nothing changes at all.
We stroll in worlds
without looking to see
what we are putting
in place through the reflection
that can change everything—or nothing.
Come, sit, rest and reflect.

I saw this pool in every contact. It's good to see you're still writing. Have a creative new year. Dianne of Rhythm of the Light
ReplyDeleteGood to see you Dianne...after all these years (creative or not) I will yet type on.
DeleteBe Well my friend.
My reflection is pretty clear and bright. I surround myself with some good people for the most part. Life's too short to stick with the pains in the ass types.
